Pre-Orders
Early access
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve a product before it becomes available for general sale. When a customer places a pre-order, they pay the full price upfront. This ensures they will receive the item as soon as it is released. Once the product is ready for shipping, the customer is notified and their order is processed. Pre-orders are often used for new releases, limited editions, or highly anticipated items.
Returns
Pre-orders & regular orders
Returns are not accepted on any pre-order items. For items in stock, you may return them within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding!
